Information You Provide to Us
Individual Information. Through this Site, CWS may collect individual information directly from you when you provide your contact information or express interest in one or more of our products. This information may be personally identifying and includes: (a) if you request a quote or engage in other written communication to us, your name, email address, physical and/or postal address, telephone number, fax number, organization, job title, and anything you may attach to the message (for example, a photograph); and (b) if you sign up to receive newsletters from us, our parent company or one of our affiliates, your email address. If you are a dealer, you may also provide additional individual information through the designated portals on the Site.
Job Applications. We may collect certain personally-identifiable information you provide to us when you apply for a job on our Site, such as your name, address, telephone number, mailing address, and email address. Information collected in the application process is explicitly not included in the scope of this Policy and is not the type of individual information described throughout this Policy. Please review any applicable privacy notices in the job-application process for information about which information is collected and how it is used in the that process.
Information Collected via Tracking Technologies
The Site uses web tracking technologies such as cookies to recognize visitors to the Site and to analyze general user traffic patterns.

CWS utilizes analytics tools, including, third-party technologies, such as Google Analytics, to collect information and help us understand how visitors engage with our Sites. Third-Party Advertising Tools. Third parties may deliver cookies to your computer or mobile or tablet device for the purpose of tracking your online behaviors across nonaffiliated websites and deliver targeted advertisements either on our Site or on other websites.

How We Share Information
We may share your data with third parties as described below.
With Our Distributors, Licensees and Other Affiliates. CWS may share the information collected through this Site with its parent, affiliates, licensees and independent distributors (collectively “distributors”). Our distributors may use the information in all the ways listed in this Policy, provided that such use relates to products or services authorized by CWS, its parent or affiliates. For example, if you request an appointment, we will need to share your information with a CWS installer near you to schedule an appointment. Our distributors may also use your information for their own marketing purposes, provided such marketing relates to products or services authorized by CWS, its parent or affiliates—they may not use your information to promote competing windows or doors or other, products or services not authorized by CWS, its parent or affiliates.
Business Negotiations. We may contemplate, for strategic or other reasons, selling, buying, merging, or otherwise reorganizing one or more of our businesses. In negotiating with a third party about entering into such an arrangement, we may need to disclose your personally identifiable individual information. In such cases, we will take reasonable measures to protect the personally identifiable individual information we disclose, for example, by requiring a prospective purchaser to sign a non-disclosure agreement limiting the use and protecting the confidentiality of the information.

We may also share information, including personally identifiable individual information, to third-party vendors to help us provide you services. For example, we may use a cloud-service provider to host information we collect or other aspects of our services. Such vendors have access to individual information for a limited purpose and for a limited period of time, and we implement contractual protections limiting the use of that individual information to the provision of services to CWS, its parent, or its affiliated companies.
In General. We respect your right to make choices about the ways your individual information is collected and used. For example, we will include instructions to unsubscribe from communications in each electronic newsletter or promotional email we send you.
Unsubscribe from Newsletters or Promotional Communications. We want to provide you information that is valuable to you. If at any time you wish to be taken off our mailing lists, please follow the unsubscribe instructions included in our communications to you or contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by mail at the address listed below. Please provide your full name, postal address and email address so that we can find you on our mailing lists. Once we have the information we need, we will remove you from our mailing lists as you have requested. Please give us a reasonable amount of time to honor your request.
