We have an opening in our Custom Care Department. This fast paced position will input orders received at a high volume.
This Position Requires The Following Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Professional phone etiquette and a clear speaking voice are essential to the position.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as having the ability to learn PrefSuite (Proprietary software)
- Ability to interact with customers, contractors, dealers or distributors
- Answers questions regarding products and does quotes and pricing for orders. Excellent math skills are required to ensure accuracy
- Requires excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work together in a team environment
- Accuracy in data entry
- Customer service driven
- Prefer a minimum of 2-3 years of order entry or customer service experience
- Must be dependable and be able to work overtime as needed
